User Agreement
This User Agreement governs your access to and use of HeYa, including local image browsing, editing, favorites, timeline records, exports, templates, coin balance features, and optional consumable in-app purchases.
By downloading, accessing, or using HeYa, you agree to this User Agreement and to any policies referenced in it. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you use HeYa on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept this User Agreement on their behalf.
HeYa provides a private image workspace for browsing, importing, editing, collecting, and exporting visuals. Features may include built-in sample images, photo-library import, favorites, local timeline records, filter tools, crop templates, poster-style exports, photo-library saving, coin balance features, and premium actions.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to improve quality, meet platform requirements, address security issues, or comply with applicable law.
You must be legally allowed to use digital services in your region. If you are under the age required by applicable law to accept these terms independently, you may use HeYa only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
You retain the rights you have in images and content you import, edit, save, or share through HeYa. You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to use that content.
You must not use HeYa to create, edit, save, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, misleads others, violates applicable law, or contains harmful, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful material.
HeYa is designed for local image workflows. Editing results may vary depending on source image quality, selected filter, selected crop, device performance, iOS version, storage availability, and photo-library permission status.
You are responsible for reviewing exported images before using, posting, printing, selling, or sharing them, especially where accuracy, rights clearance, or public presentation matters.
Some features require device permissions, such as photo-library access for importing images or saving exported results. If you deny or restrict permissions, affected features may not work.
You can manage permissions through iOS Settings. HeYa is not responsible for limitations caused by disabled permissions, device restrictions, operating system controls, or third-party service settings.
HeYa may offer optional consumable coin packs through Apple's in-app purchase system. Coins are virtual consumable items used only inside HeYa to unlock marked premium actions, filters, exports, templates, digest actions, or other in-app features.
Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for money, sold, gifted outside supported app functionality, or used outside HeYa. Coin availability and premium action pricing may change as the app evolves.
All purchases are processed by Apple StoreKit. Before a purchase, HeYa displays the relevant coin amount and available price information, and Apple's purchase sheet handles payment confirmation.
Consumable coin purchases are intended to be delivered to your in-app balance after a successful transaction. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or provided under Apple's policies. Refund requests, billing issues, and payment records are handled through Apple.
You agree that you will not:
We may release updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, or feature adjustments. Some features may require a current app version, compatible device, supported iOS version, network access, or active App Store services.
We do not guarantee that HeYa will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, image type, operating system version, or third-party service.
HeYa, including the app design, interface, code, branding, templates, built-in visual assets, text, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This User Agreement gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use HeYa for its intended purpose. No ownership rights in the app are transferred to you.
HeYa relies on Apple system services and frameworks, including photo-library controls and StoreKit purchases. Your use of those services may be governed by Apple's terms, privacy policies, and account rules.
We are not responsible for third-party services, payment processing, refund decisions, App Store account restrictions, device settings, system outages, or third-party sharing destinations.
Your use of HeYa is also subject to the HeYa Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how the app handles images, local records, permissions, purchases, diagnostics, and service data.
HeYa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
Creative outputs, filters, exports, and template results are not guaranteed to meet any specific artistic, commercial, legal, professional, or technical standard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, images, device access, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of HeYa.
Some regions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those regions, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or limit access to HeYa features if we reasonably believe that your use violates this User Agreement, creates risk, causes harm, or violates applicable law or platform requirements.
You may stop using HeYa at any time. Deleting the app may remove local app data from your device, but it will not automatically remove App Store purchase records or Apple account records.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version became effective. Continued use of HeYa after an updated agreement becomes available means you accept the updated agreement to the extent permitted by law.
This User Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the region where the app provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region require otherwise.
